A Kpoppin’ Carat-Engene-Tine crafting event
Event Overview
You are cordially invited to a special K-Pop crafting event celebrating the spirit of Valentine's Day—our second annual celebration, now hosted on our home turf! This event is dedicated primarily to our dedicated Carats (SEVENTEEN) and Engenes (ENHYPEN), but all members of the local K-Pop community are enthusiastically welcome.
Join us for an afternoon of creativity where you can transform your favorite albums and photocards into unique fan-made treasures. Whether you are crafting a custom banner for your bias or decorating a toploader, we will supply all the necessary additional decorative materials.
Not a Carat or Engene? No worries! Attendees are encouraged to bring any extra albums they wish to craft with from any group, including Stray Kids, BTS, Blackpink, NCT, and more. We will provide specialized crafting surfaces including heart shapes, diamond shapes, and rectangles perfect for banners.
Reservation & Tier Details
Attendance for this exclusive crafting event is limited and strictly by reservation only. Reservations are essential to ensure an accurate headcount and secure your crafting seat. The reservation form is currently live and linked in the bio(s) of the organizers (Seventeen Chattanooga Carats 💎, bibixvivi, and beyourlight.co).
As this event is non-profit and fan-funded, the reservation tier fees go directly towards covering the costs of hosting the event, including rental space and crafting supplies. We truly could not host these community gatherings without your support!
The $15 Reservation Tier includes:
- One guaranteed crafting seat reservation.
- One group heart sticker (choice of design).
- One double-sided keychain.
- One double-sided designed toploader.
- One fanmade photocard featuring your member of choice.
- Two raffle tickets for the album raffles.
Raffles and Amenities
All attendees who purchase the reservation tier will receive two raffle tickets for a chance to win spectacular prizes! We will be raffling off one sealed SEVENTEEN album and one sealed ENHYPEN album.
In addition to the crafting session, attendees can enjoy various amenities:
- Complimentary Popcorn is provided for all guests.
- A dedicated Photo Op area will be available for memorable pictures.
- The retail space will be open, allowing guests to pursue and support the small businesses selling their goods inside the studio.
Food and Drink Pop-Ups
We are thrilled to partner with fantastic local vendors to provide delicious refreshments throughout the event:
- Summersun Coffee will be available inside the studio space.
- Matcha will be available from The Matcha Spot Chattanooga.
- A Korean food truck pop-up will be on site, offering savory treats.
