Vendor Stalls: official albums, merch, and fan-made art
Toploader Decorating Station: customise protective card sleeves on site
Cute Photo Opportunity Backdrop: staged space for taking pictures
Interactive Activities: on-site fan games and activities
Photocard Trading Area: dedicated space to swap collection cards
Giveaways: raffles, stamp rallies, or capsule prizes, which may carry a small fee
Stallholder applications are open through the Vendors application until 30/09 link.
Advance tickets are £2 (plus booking fee) through the Tickets link. Booking ahead guarantees entry; walk-ins will be accommodated where possible, but you may have to wait outside if the room reaches capacity. Under 10s get in free, but must have a free Under 10s ticket booked in advance to keep an accurate headcount.
Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
