Registration and check-in

Free RSVPs, paid tickets, or tiers.

FansPick a tier, see what's in it, choose an arrival time and pay by card. Their ticket comes by email, with a QR code.

YouSet up your tiers with photos of the merch, your spots and arrival times, and anything to ask fans. Check them in at the door with a scan. Payments go to your own Stripe.

Who can use it?
Verified hosts: we confirm the account is yours, then switch it on for your events. Get in touch to start.
What does it cost?
Free RSVPs, song requests, raffles, vendor applications and editing your event cost nothing. On paid tickets and tiers, fans pay the price you set with nothing added on top, and our fee comes out of it. You see exactly what you'll receive as you set the price.
How do fans get raffle entries?
However you decide: a comment on your post, a share, the best outfit on the night. Fans get a raffle entry code on your event page, and you grant their entries from it.
How do I get paid?
Through a Stripe account of your own, connected to Kpop Tracker. Stripe sends the money on to your bank, and you can see every payment there.
Can I try it with one event?
Yes. Start with your next cupsleeve or random play dance and see how it goes. Nothing to sign up for long term.
Where does it work?

My event is already here, but not under my name. What do I do?
Get in touch and tell us which event. We'll check the account is yours and make you its host, with a tick next to your name.
