Because one of their admins moved to the Indianapolis area last year, @c4ke.events is running their first simultaneous two-state gathering under the motto that friendship doesn't count the miles, it counts the memories. Open to all fandoms, this Halloween stop pairs binder swapping with costume competitions and community freebies.
- Photocard trading: bring your binders to trade, buy, or sell
- Freebie exchange: swap concert leftovers or your own handmade bias crafts
- Costume contest: show up in Halloween costumes, bias looks, or concert fits
- K-Pop music: soundtrack playing across the afternoon
You must be present to enter the costume contest so organizers can take a photo of your outfit for the vote.
Free parking is available either to the side of the cafe or around the back.
Contestants will have their photos posted on Instagram for @c4ke.events followers to vote on, with winners receiving sweet prizes and getting contacted after the event.
Attendees trade and purchase at their own discretion. Neither the organizers nor the host cafe take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, or any cash transactions between collectors.
