How to attend
About
Celebrate Halloween with a K-pop photocard swap running across two states at the exact same time. Put together by @c4ke.events after one of their administrators relocated to Indiana, this multi-state meetup operates on the principle that friendship doesn't count the miles, it counts the memories. All fandoms are welcome to trade cards, hand out concert extras, and show off costumes.
- Photocard trading: bring binders to buy, sell, or trade
- Freebies: exchange past concert extras or handmade items
- Costume contest: dress up for a chance at prizes
- K-Pop music: tracks playing throughout the afternoon
Bring leftover freebies from past tours or craft new items of your favorite biases to share your creativity. You can trade them, pass them out, hand them out freely to others, or simply come by to admire what other fans made.
Pack your photocard binders and trading collections if you want to trade, downsize, or buy cards across any fandom.
Bring extra concert freebies or handmade crafts if you plan to distribute or swap them.
Contestants must be present to enter the costume contest, wearing your best Halloween disguise, a bias-inspired look, or a past concert outfit.
Contestants will have their photos taken at the venue, with @c4ke.events opening an Instagram follower vote to pick the best costumes. Winners will be announced and contacted after the event to receive their sweet prizes.
Neither the organizers nor the host cafe are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, or for any money exchanged between attendees. Please use your own discretion and keep all trades respectful.
Free parking is available to the side of the cafe or around the back.
