Table Registration

• If you would like space at a table, you must RSVP by completing the Google Form.
• Only fill out the form if you require table space to sell or trade.
• Attendees who only wish to walk around, browse, and look do not need to fill out the form.

Item Rules & Trading Guidelines

• Official Items Only: All items must be official K-pop merchandise. No fanmade items or replicas are permitted.
• Trade/Sell Only: Everything brought to the event must be intended for trading or selling. Do not bring personal collection items that you intend to keep. Binders will be checked, and any items not for trade or sale must be removed.
• Table Item Limits: A maximum of 5 larger items are allowed on your table at a time. Any extra items must be placed underneath your table.
• Labeling: Clearly mark all items. For sale items, clearly display the price (sticky notes or labels work great). For trade items, it is helpful (though not mandatory) to label who you are trading for (for example: "Woni photocard trading for Minami equivalent").

Setup & Venue Guidelines

• Tables & Seating: Tables are provided by the hosts—please do not bring your own tables. Chairs are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own chair.
• Table Setup: All displays and merchandise must be set up on top of tables. Setting up on the floor is not permitted.
• Clean Up: Please keep the space tidy and dispose of any trash in the store's trash cans or in the surrounding areas before leaving.
• Disclaimer: The organizers are providing the space but will not be managing or overseeing individual transactions. Hosts are not responsible for any issues that may arise during trades or sales.
