• Application Date: Vendor applications will go live on June 26th, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Fanclubs and Event Hosts

The organizers are providing a dedicated area for fanclubs and community hosts to run their own activities, gatherings, and interactive events. If you want to host an activity for your favorite fandom, you can apply to secure a spot.

Venue Layout

The activities and marketplace are conveniently situated upstairs in Ballrooms B1-B5. Specifically, the marketplace and gathering space will be held in Ballrooms B4 and B5 on the second level, which is directly connected to the live stage area.
