Celebrate a special milestone and help support a great cause! The community is coming together in incredible ways to support Kingdom, and your help is needed to keep the party going until Kingdom reaches and surpasses their goal. This all-ages event features free entry and is packed with exciting activities for everyone.

Event Highlights

• Free Entry & All Ages: Everyone is welcome to join the festivities!
• Fun & Games: Enjoy a variety of games, crafts, and outdoor activities.
• Vendor Market: Shop from a diverse selection of local vendors.
• Silent Auction: Bid on fantastic items to help raise funds.
• Live Entertainment: Dance and celebrate with some of the area's favorite DJs.

Schedule of Activities

The tentative schedule for the day's festivities is outlined below (details may be subject to change):

• 10:00 AM — Activities Begin: Kick off the day with outdoor fun including sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and giant Jenga. Indoors, you can get creative with crafts like Toploader Deco. The silent auction will also open once volunteers are ready.
• 1:00 PM — Midday Wind Down: Head indoors for a break in the A/C, enjoy ongoing activities, and browse the silent auction while vendors begin setting up.
• 2:00 PM — Vendor Market & Parking Lot Party: The market officially opens and the parking lot party continues! Make sure to grab some delicious lunch and refreshments from @ebonysfishfry and @semicocoffee.
• 5:00 PM — Auction Close & Cleanup: The silent auction closes (some exceptions may apply) and indoor activity tables will begin cleaning up to make space for the DJs. Attendees are welcome to help volunteers tidy up supplies!
• 5:30 PM (ish) — DJ Sets: The Triad's favorite DJs will set up and take the stage, helping to end the night with an exciting celebration.
• 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM — Auction Pickups: Silent auction winners can pick up their items from the back and finalize payments. Please follow all volunteer instructions.

Vendor & Volunteer Information

• Vendor Participation: Vendors are participating on a voluntary basis and are welcome to pack up by 5:00 PM to accommodate travel and indoor activities. However, the parking lot remains reserved for any remaining vendors and activities until 8:00 PM.
