Table Reservations
If you're interested in having a space at a table to sell or trade your items, please fill out the Google form linked above. Note that this form is only for those who wish to reserve a table. If you plan to attend just to browse, there's no need to fill it out.
Item Guidelines
All items must be official K-Pop merchandise. Please refrain from bringing any fanmade or replica items. Each seller is allowed a maximum of 5 larger items on their table at any given time; any additional items should be stored underneath the table. Remember, everything you bring must be for trading or selling—no items intended for personal keeping are allowed.
Setup Instructions
When setting up your items, please clearly mark what is for sale and what is available for trade. Using sticky notes or labels is highly recommended. For items you are trading, it can be helpful to include a label indicating what you are looking for (e.g., "trading for Felix equivalent").
We will provide all tables for the event, so please do not bring your own. However, feel free to bring a chair, as we will not be supplying any seating. All items must be set up on the table; please do not set up on the floor.
Clean-Up and Responsibility
While we are providing the location for this event, we will not be managing the selling or trading process. Participants are responsible for their own transactions and any issues that may arise. We kindly ask that you clean up any trash you leave behind, with trash cans available in our store and surrounding areas.
