Pre-Order & Pickup Instructions
To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines:
- Pre-Order Deadline: Pre-orders close on Friday, June 19th at 6:00 PM CDT. Any orders placed after this time may not be ready for pickup at the event.
- Drink Requirement: To pick up a tier or receive a freebie, you MUST purchase a drink at the venue. This policy is the only expectation from the venue so we can continue using their space to host these events.
- How to Pick Up: Select the "location pickup" option at checkout. This option only appears during regular website checkout and ShopApp Checkout.
- Alternative Pickups & Shipping: If you cannot make it to the event, shipping options are available. Alternatively, if you wish to pick up your items at a different future event, please specify this in the notes section during checkout.
